• No, but we do have a fair amount of books to look up information, to help you.

• When are my Questions about parts & movements answered?
• during business-days in 24-48 hours, except for the weekends

• After my sale; when do I get a (combined) invoice?
• For single sales you can pay immediatly. For combined orders please WAIT for our invoice. That comes on your eBay-registered email-address. Please do check your spamfilter when you don't see it within 24-48 hours.
• Your invoice comes though normal email, from my email-address.
• The combined invoice on eBay is revised by me, eBay does not always calculate accurately, and depends on shipping-location as well. Please wait for my invoice!
• How long do I have to complete my order?
• One week, counting from the first sale
• You will get revised invoices thoughout the time you are shopping, once a day.
• What is the combined shipping charge?
• That depends on the total weight and value of the order and the location where to ship to. It's always what we need, no more. Please give us 24-48 hours to combine your purchase with revised shipping.
• Is there handling charge on our (combined) order?
• No, we ship twice a week in bulk and for that reason ask no handling. The bulk shipping gives you time to combine several items within a weeks time for very fair shipping-charges.
• Do you ship environment friendly?
• Yes, we ship CO2 neutral and re-use nearly all packing-materials from what we receive.

• When and how do you ship?
• The combined packages and weekend sales, if paid in time; Tuesdays. Other packages leave Thursdays. We do not ship just before or in the weekend, for security reasons.
• We ship priority or registered priority. See the shipping page: Payment and Shipping
• "I do need registered mail"; please EMAIL us
• How long does it take?
• EU; usually arrivals within 2 weeks
• Rest of World: in general within 3 weeks, sometimes 4.
• Will I receive a receipt or order confirmation?
• Yes, with the order and the shipping-address to check if we have all neccecary information. Then again when we update the status on eBay, with a shipped email.

• No taxes, we sell "old stock"
• Return policy; please contact us within 3 days after arrival through eBay, or contact us through email. Please make sure to include your eBay name. Usually a merchandise-credit or replacement is arranged.

• What are your policies on feedback?
• We want to be certain that you are pleased with your order and that you give us the opportunity to fix any problem that may arise. For this reason, we have a computer program that automatically returns any positive feedback left for us.
